Order Processing
We ship orders the next business day after they are received (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Every shipment includes tracking. Shipping is charged at the carrier's calculated rate (UPS, USPS, or FedEx); available options and exact costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and you choose the carrier and service. A $1.50 handling fee is added to each order, regardless of order size, and is included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. Orders ship from our warehouse in Rogers, Arkansas.

Delivery Estimates
Standard ground delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Priority options, when offered, typically take 1–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.
